How Do You Save Photos To A Dell Axim X51 PDA?

0

It’s easy to transfer photos to your Dell Axim X51 PDA, whether you’re using a Windows-based or a Macintosh computer. This little powerhouse Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) provides you with three methods for transferring images. You can use a PDA cradle, a Bluetooth connection or a Secure Digital (SD) card on either platform. Place your image file in a folder or on your Window-based computer’s desktop where it will be easy to locate for the transfer to the Dell Axim X51. Connect a PDA cradle to your computer with the attached USB cord and insert the X51 into the cradle. This action will launch “Microsoft ActiveSync.” Wait for ActiveSync to signal that the PDA is connected to the computer. Click the “Explore” icon at the top, right-hand side of the ActiveSync window. This opens a window named “Mobile Device.” Drag the image you want to save to the PDA into the sub-folder named “My Pictures” in the Mobile Device window. The image will immediately be transferred to the Dell Axim X51. On
