How Do You Save Outlook Express Email?
Outlook Express allows you to connect to email clients such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL and Hotmail using the Post Office Protocol (POP). With POP, you can download all your email to the desktop, compose your replies offline and then send them. This is especially useful for people with dial-up Internet connections as it can drastically reduce their Internet usage time. Open Outlook Express. Open the email that you want save. Click on the “File” menu and then click “Save As.” Navigate to the place on your hard disk where you want to save the email. For example, to save the email on desktop, click on the “Save in” dropdown box and then click on “Desktop.” Type a name in the “File name” box, select the format in which to save the email and then click on the “Save” button.
