Go to “Edit,” “Preferences,” “Advanced,” and then “Update.” Make sure “Firefox” and “Installed Ad-ons” are checked in the “Automatically check for updates to” section. Click “Close” to save the settings. Restart Firefox, then go to the website that contains the Flash file you would like to save.
