How do you save documents as a pdf format?

0

The document can be saved in any format, but if you want to turn it into a pdf, open my computer (or any folder) goto tools and choose folder options. In the “view” tab make sure “hide extensions for known file types” is unchecked and apply the changes. Now find your saved document and change its extension to .pdf instead of whatever it was before that and now your document will open in pdf format. Since you probably will not want to see the extensions all the time, go back into folder options and select the option to hide the extentions after you are done formatting your file.
