How Do You Safely Store A Benelli 12G 28″ Shotgun?
“All right, so here we are. We’ve got our shotgun all wiped down. Our Benelli. And what we’re going to do now is we’re just going to kind of go over a few firearm safety rules again. Now, we haven’t worked with any ammunition this whole time, but we’re just trying to build a habit–a safe habit of a routine in ourselves and in the people we’re going to be around. And so what we’re going to do is, I’m going to open up my action, and I’m going to physically look inside the firearm. And remember that we’re always going to want the shotgun pointed in a safe direction. So I’m going to physically look in. I’m going to set this here on my table, and I’m just going to take my finger and I’m going to physically put my index finger inside, and I’m going to make sure there’s nothing obstructed right inside the breech there.
