How Do You Rip Audio Cds Using Itunes On A Mac?
• Open iTunes. This can be done by going into the dock and either clicking the iTunes logo (pictured at right), or going into Applications usually at the right in the dock. If iTunes is not installed on your system, you can get it here. Select “iTunes” from the dock. It’ll look something like this. • Place a CD into your computer’s disc drive. Most modern Macs have them, and they sometimes double as DVD drives. • Select the CD from the “Devices” column if it hasn’t already appeared to the right. You can see that the CD is pictured under “Devices”. • Click “Import CD.” The CD will start to copy to your hard drive using the general settings you set under “Import Settings”. Click “Import CD”, pictured to the right. Eject the CD once the process is finished. You can do this by either going to the desktop, right-clicking on the CD’s icon, and clicking “Eject [CD Name Here]”, or clicking the eject icon near the CD’s title under “Devices”. Go ahead and eject that.
