How Do You Ride The Alpine Slide In Jackson Hole, Wyoming?
Jackson Hole is a popular vacation destination because of its proximity to the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. This picturesque western town, nestled within the majestic mountains of Wyoming, offers various outdoor recreational activities. In the winter you can ski the slopes and enjoy the mountain vistas, while in the summer you can zoom down the mountain on one of the country’s longest alpine slides. Plan your trip to Jackson Hole for the summer season. The slide opens in May and closes in September. Check the schedule for exact dates (see Who Can Help below). Check the weather before going to the slide. If you go on a hot day, you may want to go in the morning, as the side of the mountain can really heat up in the afternoon, and be sure to take sunscreen.
