Windows 7 incorporates different elements from older versions of Windows and combines them with innovative new additions. Windows Aero is one feature which was introduced in Windows Vista and was improved upon in Windows 7. Features such as translucent windows and sneak peeks of minimized windows are a part of Windows Aero. While users may occasionally turn off Aero in favor of the Windows Classic user interface, it is also possible to return to the Windows Aero theme on your PC. Click on the “Start” menu. Click on “Control Panel” in your “Start” menu. Clicking on “Control Panel” will open a new window listing different functions for adjusting your computer settings. Find the “Appearance and Personalization” category on the new window, and click on “Change the theme.” Click the Aero theme you would like to use. This will automatically load the theme as your default Windows interface.
