Blind carbon copy or Bcc in outlook allows you to send an email message to multiple people while blocking the contact details for recipients listed in the Bcc field. The Bcc feature hides the contact names and emails of anyone listed in the Bcc field of the email. Removing the Bcc field cuts down on the amount of clutter at the top of the email message. Bcc is not a commonly used feature but is great for business emails. Bcc allows you to keep the personal contact details of people confidential. This helps you avoid having to recreate a separate email for each contact. Open a new email in outlook 2007 by clicking on the “New” button. Select “Mail Message” from the drop down box.
