In keeping with that theory, here are a few ways I’ve come across over the years for reusing fabric softener sheets! Collect used fabric softener sheets when you take them out of the dryer and keep them in a handy spot. A basket or bag by the dryer is convenient and handy. Use them more than once! I double up my used sheets and put 2 into the dryer with a load of laundry. They work just as well as one new sheet. Stick them in shoes to reduce shoe odors. Just stick on sheet in each shoe. (Be sure to remove them before putting on your shoes!) Lay them in dresser drawers to give clothes a nice fresh scent. You can also layer them between towels or sheets in your linen closet.
