How do you return an item that was purchased from an internet website?
If you got if from Amazon, go to their return section and let them know the order number and the product returned. You can actually find a little icon on the order itself if you go into ‘my account-recent orders”. If it was from a seller ON Amazon, you have to get a hold of the seller first and try to negotiate the return with them first. If you get nowhere with the seller, contact Amazon and file a claim against them. Hope this helps!!!
