To find Illusen’s charm in “Neopets: The Darkest Faerie,” go in Werelupe Woods near BrightVale to the swamp witch, who’ll direct you to the graveyard, from where you obtain the fang necklace needed to get into the Skull (charm is in skull). ChaCha!
