You can only retrieve your messages if you have selected “Message Archives to be saved permanently.” By default the messages dont get saved and once we sign out the message history wipes off… To save you archives permanently follow these steps… From messenger menu, goto :- – Messenger – Preferences (Ctrl + Shift + P) – Archives – Yes, save all my messages (Select it) – Click Apply and then OK This is the way to save all your messages… If you have already saved your archives then from the Archives click on “View Archives” and you will be able to retriecve all your previous messages…
