How Do You Retrieve Deleted Files From Recycling Bin On Windows XP?

0

The Recycle Bin in Windows XP is a holding space for most of the files you’ve deleted from your computer. Once you delete a file, it’s placed into the Bin until you delete it permanently. The reason for this utility is that sometimes you may accidentally delete a file or suddenly realize that you need a deleted item. You can retrieve–or restore–files placed in the Recycle Bin easily using your mouse. Go to the Desktop and double-click the “Recycle Bin” icon. Right-click the file you you want to retrieve and select “Restore.” Select all of the items in the Recycle Bin, click “File” and select “Restore” if you want to retrieve all of the files.
