How Do You Restore Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser History?

0

Internet Explorer is one of the most popular Web browsers used to access the Internet. Although it is a good idea to occasionally clean out the browser history, you may accidentally delete a link that you wanted to keep. If you make that mistake, you can perform a system restore. The system restore will reset everything on your computer from a previous point, including the Internet Explorer browser history. Click the “Start” button. In Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows 7 the “Start” button is a Windows logo. Click “All Programs” followed by “Accessories” and then “System Tools.” In System Tools select “System Restore.” Wait for the System Restore to load. From the offered restore points, select the point that is closest to the time when you deleted the browser history. Shut down the computer once the system restore has finished. Reboot the computer and everything will revert to the selected restore time, including your browser history.
