How Do You Restore Acer Computer Programs?
Acer is an inexpensive Windows-based computer company that functions just like most other Windows computers (such as HP, Compaq and Gateway). When you’re using the computer, a program or one of the system files may have become corrupt or removed, causing the program to no longer function. Without reinstalling the entire program, you can restore it on the Acer system. Click “Start,” “Control Panel” and choose either “Add or Remove Programs” or simply “Programs” (depending on the version of Windows you are running). A window appears with all the programs currently installed on the computer. Scroll through the list of programs until you find the software you want to restore. Click the software title and select “Restore” from the list of options presented underneath the title. A prompt window appears asking you to insert the software CD into the computer. Insert the software CD into the computer and click “OK.” A restore wizard appears on the screen and walks you through the program restor
