How Do You Resize A Picture With A Paint Program?
Reduce or enlarge a picture on your computer using a paint program, such as Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop. Start the paint program. Using the File menu, locate the picture and open it. Select Image from the menu bar. The resize command will be named Resize or Image Size. Locate and select the command. Resize the image by changing the number of pixels, the size in inches, or the percentage. Save the picture by selecting Save As from the File menu.
