How Do You Reset A Spy Sweeper Keycode?
Webroot’s Spy Sweeper software does not allow users to reset or change the key code that was supplied during installation. The software must be reinstalled in order to supply a new key code. Download the latest version of Spy Sweeper from the support page of Webroot’s website (see References). Install the downloaded version of Spy Sweeper without uninstalling the current version, following the directions in the Installing Spy Sweeper section of the Quick Start Guide. Uninstalling the previous version will remove all customizations and delete any quarantined files. Enter a new key code when prompted, and complete the remaining installation steps. Restart your computer after you have completed the installation process. Verify that the new key code has been successfully registered.
