Reporting Economic Crime Online, commonly referred to as RECOL, is an online platform that allows Canadians to report various white-collar crimes, including internet fraud. The service is offered to the public free of charge. RECOL acts as a referral service for various law enforcement agencies specializing in white-collar crimes. In addition to reporting crimes, you can also view various trends and statistics pertaining to white-collar crime complaints. In fact, you can use the system to gauge what suspected crimes, as reported by victims, are predominant in any given province.
