Disconnect all hoses (2 at the top, and 2 at the bottom). Be ready to catch all the fluid into a container, or you’ll have a big mess. There are 4 bolts (12 MM) that hold the radiator to the frame. Next there are 4 more bolts that hold the radiator to the plastic fan cover (10 MM). Wiggle out the radiator and take it to a shop to see if they can patch it. If not, buy a new one. Very easy job to do, but the bolts can be difficult to get to.
