I first used my phone camera and flashlight to get a good view of what I was feeling with the fingertips. Then with small flashlight resting on frame rail I could just see the goal (view between headlight housings). The foot long screwdriver goes through this peep hole, press the tab, push c’clockwise, 1/8 turn and presto it was loose. Note, flat blade screwdriver must be oriented so it holds tab down AND pushes sideways. Oriented the other way it slips off the tap. Socket can also be viewed looking almost horizontal from center line of car. Good luck! Change both while your at it.
