Remove the distributor cap’s fasteners, using a socket wrench, turning them counterclockwise to loosen. Some vehicle’s distributor cap fasteners may pop off with a screwdriver. Using screwdriver, turn the screws counterclockwise to loosen and remove them. Some vehicle’s rotors may pull off. Slide new or cleaned rotor back onto the mount and fasten down with screws.
