Step 1 Remove the coolant reservoir to get it out of the way. It’s held down by three flange nuts. You don’t have to disconnect the coolant hoses; just gently lift the reservoir up and move it forward, which gets it out of our way. Step 2 The blower motor is against the firewall, all the way over on the passenger side of the car. Remove the electrical connector and a small rubber vent hose that plugs into the bottom of the blower housing. To remove the hose, just pull it firmly downward. Step 3 Remove the 5 screws around the perimeter of the blower that hold it to the housing. Step 4 Slide the blower motor and fan out of the housing. You’ll have to maneuver it over an electrical cable harness, and pull pretty firmly to get it out of there. Don’t be afraid to use a little force; it’ll eventually come out of there! Step 5 Slide
