Keeping up on minor improvements like this will also give your RV more value if you try to sell. It is not difficult to replace corner trim and can be done as a do-it-yourself weekend project. Unscrew the corner molding. You might have to get up on a ladder to reach the parts near the ceiling. Remove the corner molding by pulling down and toward you. Throw the molding and screws away. Remove all the old putty by pulling it off and removing the stickiness with rubbing alcohol. Pry the siding and roofing apart carefully to check for water damage.
