The Infinity speakers in your Jeep Liberty should be replaced when they are blown. The speakers have no technical service life, but cranking the volume up in your Jeep for extended periods of time could overload the speakers. When a speaker “blows out,” it means that the cone in the speaker physically rips and is no longer able to vibrate. Since the vibration is what produces the sound you hear, the speaker simply won’t work.
