How Do You Replace A Toshiba M35x Laptop Hard Drive?
Upgrading or replacing the hard drive is one of the most common hardware projects performed by computer owners. For this reason, many laptop manufacturers design their products so as to allow the hard drive to be easily removed. The Toshiba Satellite M35X is no exception to this. Replace the hard drive of your Toshiba Satellite M35X if it has stopped working, or if you would like to upgrade the storage in your laptop. Shut the computer down, if it is currently turned on. Disconnect it from the power source. Turn the laptop over. Push the release switch for the battery, and remove the battery from the body of the laptop. If the battery cavity is facing you, the hard drive caddy will be located in the upper-right corner of the laptop body. The caddy has a raised lip for removal, and is secured by a single screw.
