How do you replace a tail light on a Dodge Neon?
You need to take off one of the clips that hold the fiberglass padding over the trunk, to have access to the back side of the back light. After that, the access is relatively easy, just feeling with your hands the upper socket and turning it counter-clockwise to unlock. The lower socket that is right at hand belongs to the reverse light bulb. Pull the socket out carefully and then just pull the damaged bulb and replace.
