Replacing a Moen single-handle faucet can be accomplished in 1-2 hours, depending on your experience with plumbing fixtures. Turn on your existing faucet to relieve any existing water pressure, and then turn it off. Turn the water line to your faucet off. Remove the current faucet. From beneath the sink, unscrew the supply lines from the faucet using pliers or a wrench. Spray oil or other lubricant around the base to facilitate easy removal, as corrosion may make faucets stubborn to remove.
