How Do You Replace A Camaro Window Regulator?
The window regulator is responsible for the mechanical action of moving your window up and down in your door. If the regulator binds, comes loose or breaks, chances are your window will be stuck in one position or another. In the case of a broken regulator, the window will slide down into the door, leaving you unable to shield the interior from the elements. When faced with this issue on your Camaro, it is best to have it replace a bad regulator immediately. Use a socket set to remove the fasteners from the door panel. On most Camaro model years, the fasteners are located around the armrest and door pull. Slip the trim pin removal tool between the door panel and the door at the trailing bottom corner, and pull the trim pin out of its mount in the door. Lift the panel away far enough to locate and unseat the other trim pins.
