How Do You Repair Water Damage Inside A Canon SD900 Camera?
The Canon SD900, also known as the Canon Powershot, is a high-powered digital camera armed with a 3x optical zoom lens and 10 megapixels. If you accidentally drop your camera in water or spill water on it, limit the damage by acting quickly. Properly attend to the water damage and prevent what could be an expensive repair. Immediately press the power button on the top of the Canon SD900 to turn it off. Push the release button on the right side of the Canon SD900 camera to access and remove the batteries and the memory card. Blow out any water inside the camera with a can of compressed air. Fill a bowl with uncooked rice and submerge the Canon SD900 directly into the rice. Allow the camera to remain in the rice overnight, then remove it from the bowl. Clean the face of the camera with a clean cloth, return the batteries and memory card, and power it back on.
