Well first you need to take the roller door off the track. Which can be a pain with building settling ect. Second you remove the bottom metal frame from the rest of the glass and frame. You should have a small screw that holds the roller in place from the top of the frame you just removed. This will remove the bad roller. from the frame. Then you should find a matching roller because not all sliding doors are the same neither are their rollers. Once you find a matching roller you place the roller chassis back into the frame. Add screw you removed. Put frame back together and wrestle sliding door back on track. The roller should have a visable screw on the outside of the frame that you can use to adjust the height of the roller. Tools you will need, some sort of pry bar to help ease the removal of the slider and putting it back on track. A drill with a phillips or standard attachment (can use a screw driver instead).
