Luckily, repairing/replacing old grips is simple (even for novice mechanics) and can be accomplished in as little as 10 minutes. Remove brush guards from your handlebars (if applicable), as these will only hinder the process. Use the plastic syringe to suck up some of the rubbing alcohol. Insert the needle underneath of the handlebar grip and slowly squeeze the alcohol into the grip.
