Now you can see that there are 4 phillips screws holding the dash cluster to the dashboard. Remove all 4, tilt the cluster down, and it will slide right out. You can now see that the lights are held in little grey housings, you turn them counter-clockwise to unlock them and then pull them out. Installation is reverse of removal.
