An alternative solution if a particular replacement cannot be found is to braize the oblong hole smaller on the hinge. Usually, the previous bushing is worn completely through. If the original pin is unaffected by wear, use calipers to verify its diameter and re-drill or ream the braized hole on the hinge to the pin’s diameter (that is if you aren’t gong to replace the bushings). You’ll need to do a little re-centering when you re-drill the braized hole to keep with the original position of the door.
