How Do You Repair A Propane Gas Hose?
Propane gas fuels many different things in our homes, but it can also be dangerous. Leaks can be a hazard to both you and your home. Step 1 First step is to identify the hose you suspect leaking or damaged. Once the hose is identified you should locate the shut off for that line. Propane gas is explosive and can also cause health problems. If the line is leaking at the screw fitting you can try to tighten it as it may be loose. If that doesn’t correct the problem or if is not the problem, shut the gas off to that line to reduce the risk of any injury. Step 2 If the hose is leaking and a simple tightening of the hose doesn’t remedy the problem then you should replace it.
