The rougher surface will allow for the epoxy you will be using in the following steps to adhere to the plastic. Wipe the area down with rubbing alcohol to get all oily residue and antifreeze films off the area. Allow to dry thoroughly. Invest in a good quality epoxy glue that is designed to work on nylon and plastic. Mix a small amount of the epoxy glue up and apply to the crack.
