So let’s get started, just follow the steps below to find out how to repair your Corian counter top. Remove the counter top. Most of us have a picnic table to work on, so I’m using a picnic table. Place the counter top on the picnic table. Place the bottom part facing up. Get a piece of plywood. You may need to cut it to fit your counter top. Place the plywood on the counter top. Place some wood glue on the plywood. Turn the plywood over and stick it to the counter top. Wait for the glue to dry. Now reinstall your counter top. So that’s it, you are done. You can put some glue where the crack is and it will look new.
