Sometimes navigating your Geocities File Manager can be a little tricky and you might need a little bit of assistance. Here is how to rename a file on your Geocities file manager in just a few steps. Open your Internet browser. Go to the Geocities start page. Log on to your account. Enter your name and password. If you are not signed up with Geocities, just follow the links to set up an account. Find the “Create and Update” tab on your account’s startup page. It is light purple and should be near the top of the page. Click the tab and it will turn to dark purple and put you in the right place to find your File Manager. Look for the section named “File Management Tools.” It should be almost all the way down the page towards the bottom. There you will see the link to your File Manager.
