How Do You Remove Wax From Tables?
Candles can be very beautiful! But they can also be frustrating when the wax drips on to one of your tables. It isn’t the end of the world, and you CAN get the wax off! Cover the dried wax on the table top with the towel or rag. Plug in your iron and turn it on. You will need to use a high heat setting. Once the iron has heated up, firmly iron the part of the towel that is over the wax. After you run the iron over it once, lift up the towel to see how much wax was melted onto the towel. The heat from the iron will melt the wax and it will become absorbed into the towel. Most of it should come off when you first start ironing. If you still have wax remaining on the table, place a different part of the towel (NOT the part that just soaked up the wax) over the wax. Iron the area and check it again. Continue doing this until all of the wax has been soaked into the towel. Throw the old towel away.
