If you have ever had a little one or a pet have an accident on your new mattress, you know how upsetting it can be. Aside from hiring professionals to super clean your mattress, a temporary fix can be as simple as using good spray upholstery cleaner and a damp cloth. This works especially well with fresh stains, but I have had success with older stains as well. Shake can of cleaner if necessary and apply a nice coat of foam to entire area of stain. Allow foam to sit for a few moments or up to 5 minutes. Blot area with damp towel. Rinse towel in clean water, wring out well and blot area again. If needed repeat process until stain is gone. I usually have success with one application.
