How Do You Remove Toner Ink From Material?
Toner ink from printer cartridges is notoriously difficult to remove. To make matters worse, we often wear our nicer suits and ties to work, where we are at the greatest risk of being stained by toner ink. Luckily, there are some methods that can help eliminate a toner ink stain from material, such as cloth, cotton, upholstery and denim. Immediately wipe the stain with a moist towelette. If done quickly enough, this can eliminate the stain. Soak the material in whole milk for about 30 minutes. While the clothing is soaking, mix equal parts vinegar and corn starch to form a paste. Remove the clothing from the milk and work the paste into the stain. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
