Studies have found that tweezers actually squeeze more venom into your body. Instead, grasp the stinger with your thumb and forefinger. Be sure your thumb and forefinger are as close to the skin as possible. Quickly pull out the stinger. Swab the sting with alcohol wipes or use soap and water.
