How do you remove the radio in a 1999 dodge dakota?

removal of the radio is really simple. First you need to remove the black trim that is in front of the radio and along the dash board. This is a rather long piece, but it just snaps on and off, so with your hands, start above your gages and just pull hard enought to pop the trim away from the dash. Slowly work your way toward the radio. Once this is removed, you will see two (2) bolts that hole the radio in place. Remove these bolts, and pull radio out slowly untill you can reach the back to remove the wire harness and the antenna wire. Once the wires are disconnected, remove the radio.
