How Do You Remove The Front Tire On A Suzuki SV650?

0

The Suzuki SV650 is a sports motorcycle with a 649cc engine. The front tire is mounted to the front forks by an axle and a securing nut. The brake caliper rests on top of the rotor that is connected to the front tire’s rim. This is a simple job as long as you have a basic knowledge of your SV650 and the right tools to get it done. This process should only take you about 10 minutes. Raise the Suzuki SV650 using the motorcycle lift. This is to get the front tire off of the ground. Locate the front tire’s axle-securing nut on the side of the front tire in the center of the rim. Using the Allen wrench, loosen the securing nut that is securing the brake caliper to the rotor and remove it from the rotor. Using the wrench, remove the axle’s securing nut from the axle. Tap out the front tire’s axle using the rubber tipped hammer. Pull the front tire out from between the front forks.
