The first screw is in the front of the door panel, in the hole/indentation. Two more screws are in the bottom of the door panel. One is inside the pocket and the other is on the very bottom of the panel. The last screw is behind the door handle. Pull the handle out and remove the screw. Use a flat head screw driver to gently pry the window and door lock housing up. Pull it out of the door panel and disconnect the wire connectors behind it.
