Run a sink full of warm water and add a cup of bleach. Allow the bleach water to sit in the porcelain sink for 20 minutes before draining and wiping it out with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Make a paste of equal parts cream of tartar and hydrogen peroxide and apply it to the stain with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Allow the paste to dry and scrub it off with a soft-bristle brush.
