How Do You Remove Stains From A Coffee Pot?
If you have ever accidentally left a bit of coffee cooking on the heating element of your coffee maker, then you know all about how difficult it can be to remove coffee stains from a coffee pot. It doesn’t have to be really hard or impossible to handle, and even the most stubborn stains can be removed with a little work and a little knowledge. Step 1: Clean the coffee maker. This is a good time to clean the coffee maker. Pour 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water into the water tank of your coffee maker and let the hot vinegar water run through the filter basket (which should be empty of grounds and filter as well as clean) and into your stained coffee pot. Let this sit for about 10 minutes and be hot. Then let it cool at least 10 minutes and pour it out.
