The most desirable area would be either the kitchen sink or the bathroom sink. Place 3-4 tablespoons of peroxide in a small glass container that you will be able to easily dip the toothbrush into. You may use more peroxide if needed. Run the area of the white garment that you wish to treat under tap water. It can be any temperature you desire, but I have found that normal cold works best.
