You will need a liquid mix that can be applied to floors, carpets, walls, and clothing. Use either a homemade solution or Nature’s Miracle Skunk removal for floors, walls, carpets and furniture and Nature’s Miracle laundry detergent or Odoban for clothing. The store-bought solutions will have more of a fragrance and will be safer around humans and pets. For a homemade solution: Wear a pair of latex or rubber gloves and mix 32 ounces of hydrogen peroxide, ½ cup of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of dish washing liquid.
