Nox-Crete recommends that all exterior tilt-up wall panels be properly cleaned prior to painting. To clean wall panels, mix a solution of trisodium phosphate (TSP) detergent and water by dissolving 0.5 1.0 lbs. of TSP in 5 gallons of water. The mixture should then be sprayed on the wall panel and allowed to stand for 15-20 minutes. After this time, rinse the TSP residue off the wall panel surfaces using a minimum 2000 psi pressure washer equipped with an oscillating spray nozzle.
